Guadalupe Design: a brand that celebrates the love for textiles and sustainable fashion

Meet Guadalupe Design, a fashion and accessories brand that seeks to enhance feminine beauty through unique and sustainable designs.

Guadalupe Design is a sustainable brand that seeks to leave a mark within the fashion industry through its original designs and exclusive techniques, but also by making use of sustainable materials that do not affect the ecosystem.

The woman behind Guadalupe Design

The history of Guadalupe Design begins with Daniela Garcés, its designer and founder.

She studied Business Administration in Miami and, although it was something she liked, inside she felt that she could do something else, something that she was completely passionate about. It was at that moment that his life took an unexpected turn and he decided to find a new way to express her creativity.

That was how in 2010 she decided to launch her own fashion and accessories line called Guadalupe Design. In this way, Daniela manages to combine her financial experience with her most creative side, which is design, which fills her with pride and satisfaction to this day.

Guadalupe Design's commitment to fashion

Guadalupe Design is a brand that celebrates ancient traditions by working with artisans from different parts of the world, thus preserving their techniques and keeping ancient customs alive.

For this reason, Guadalupe Design is considered a brand with a deep social commitment that applies conscious creation processes that guarantee the quality and durability of each of its pieces.

In addition to being committed to preserving traditions and culture within sustainable fashion, the brand also has an ethical approach that seeks to reduce environmental impact.

For this reason, its garments and accessories are made with the highest quality materials and with a timeless and versatile style, which in turn allows them to be used for much longer and in different seasons of the year in order to avoid the purchase of fast fashion and less use of natural resources.

The ancestral techniques of Guadalupe Design

Block Print: This is a printing method for your textiles that works through ink and blocks usually made of wood. In this way it is possible to create 100% personalized fabrics for your final products.

Fabric: This method of textile production is one of the best known and consists of inserting threads from two different points to form a fabric or fabric.

Shibori: This ancient technique traditionally uses natural inks, especially indigo. To create it, artisans fold, sew, and then wrap the fabric around a pole to achieve the desired effect.

Jamdani: This technique is recognized as one of the most advanced in the world. Each point has to be embedded in the fabric and add denser threads, then thinner threads and so on until the process is complete.

Guadalupe Design and all the artisans who collaborate in the brand put their dedication and passion into each of the designs to give you only top quality garments and accessories and with an unbeatable ancestral load.
